All reservation balances are due 1 month prior to our guest’s arrival date.
Guests should not arrive on-site without prior confirmation and payment.
Reservations are held with a valid credit card and the charge of a $50 deposit which will apply to your balance.
All cabins require a 2 night minimum for regular stays and a 3 night minimum for major holidays.
Because most reservations are booked many months, and even years in advance, we make every effort to connect with our guests at least 1 month prior to their arrival. If your contact information has changed, it is your responsibility to update your information with us.
If we have not been able to reach you (after several phone calls and emails with no response from you) at least 1 month prior to your arrival, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and proceed with re-renting the cabin.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your cancellation must be received no less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Though we will make every effort to fill your cancelled dates, if the cabin cannot be re-rented, you will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation.
We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay.
In the unlikely event that you must shorten your stay after arrival, you will remain responsible for the full balance of your original reservation.
Guests who fail to cancel their reservation and do not arrive on the specified date are responsible for the balance of their entire reserved stay.
We regret we are unable to offer refunds due to inclement weather or family / medical emergencies that alter plans.
All cancellations that occur 30 or more days prior to your arrival are subject to a $25 fee. Cancellations that occur 14 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a $50 fee (the original deposit). Guests who cancel within 14 days of arrival are responsible for the full amount of their stay unless the dates of the reservation are able to be re-booked.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Check-in after 8pm must be pre-approved. Check-out is promptly at 10am. No late checkouts.
Children under the age of 10 are not allowed in The Glass House, The Meadow House, The Woodland House or The Little House Next Door.
We welcome children of any age in the Log Cabin and Hillside Cabin. However, the premises are not childproof and parents are responsible for the safety of their children.
ANIMALS / PETS
Pets are not allowed in The Glass House, The Meadow House, The Woodland House or The Little House Next Door.
Pets are welcome in The Hillside Cabin and The Log Cabin with a fee of $25 per animal.
Dogs are not to be allowed on furniture or linens. A minimum $50 cleaning fee will be charged to guest's account if there is evidence that this has occurred.
It is preferred that dogs are not left unattended in cabins unless in a crate. They are not to be left unattended in screened in porches or while tied up outside.
Your pet must not disturb other guests.
Damage by a pet to property is the pet owner’s sole responsibility.
Firewood is provided for a small fee after arrival. Please DO NOT transport firewood onto the premises as required by the Department of Natural Resources.
Occupancy and use of the premises shall not disturb or offend surrounding residents. We reserve the right to require any guest(s) to vacate the premises immediately and without refund if occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported.
All reservation holders must be 25 years of age or older. We reserve the right to verify age at any time and to refuse occupancy for any reservation holder without proper identification who appears to be under the specified age.
