POLICIES

Reservation requests will be taken by filling out a form on our reservations page. 

The balance of your stay will be due two weeks prior to your arrival date.

$40 cleaning fee to your stay and sheets and towels will be provided for all reservations.


CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION: 

Since many of our reservations have been booked far in advance, we will make every effort to contact you our guest, via phone or email, to confirm your upcoming reservation with us.
If after several attempts of contact by us have been made, and no return call or email has been established by guest, to convey your intentions, Candlewood Cabins LLC reserves the right to cancel the reservation and proceed to re-rent the cabin.   If guest contact information has changed, it is your responsibility to please contact us to update your information.

Two-night minimum year round, three-night minimum Memorial and Labor Day Weekends.

 

Reservations may be held with a credit card and a non-refundable $50.00 deposit which is applied to the balance due at check-in. Debit cards are not accepted for deposits. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

 

The $50.00 reservation deposit is non-refundable.  If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, Candlewood Cabins LLC will make a full effort to re-rent the cabin. If the cabin cannot be re-rented, Guest will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.  Early departure falls within our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for early departure. We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay. Should you fail to cancel your reservation and not arrive at Candlewood Cabins LLC, you are responsible for the entire reserved stay. We regret we are unable to offer refunds due to inclement weather or family/medical emergencies that alter reservations,

 

Children welcome, however, cabins are not child proof. Parents are responsible for their safety. No children under 10 in The Glass House and The Meadow House.

 

Pets are welcome in The Hillside Cabin and The Log Cabin. There is a one time $20.00 per pet fee. No dogs on furniture or linens. A minimum $50.00 cleaning fee will be charged to guest account if pets have been allowed on furniture or linens without proper covering. It is preferred that no dogs are left unattended in cabins unless crated. No dogs left unattended in screened in porch. No dogs left tied out in yards unattended. Pets must not disturb other guests. Damages are guest’s responsibility. No pets allowed in The Glass House or The Meadow House.

 

Check-in is between 3:00p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Check-in after 8:00p.m. must be pre-approved. Checkout is by 11:00 a.m., no late checkouts.

 

Firewood is provided for a small fee. Please DO NOT transport any firewood upon the recommendation of the Department of Natural Resources.

 

Occupancy and use of premises shall not disturb or offend surrounding residents. Candlewood Cabins LLC reserves the right to terminate this agreement and require Guest to vacate premises immediately without refund if occupancy is misrepresented or disturbance is reported. Guest warrants he/she is 25 years of age or older, and Candlewood Cabins LLC reserves the right to verify age at any time. Candlewood Cabins reserves the right to refuse occupancy without proper identification of Guest under the specified age.
