POLICIES

Reservation requests will be taken by filling out a form on our reservations page.

The balance of your stay will be due two weeks prior to your arrival date, including a $40 cleaning fee.

Sheets and towels will be provided for all reservations.

CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION:

Since most of our reservations have been booked many months in advance, about 3 weeks prior to your arrival, we will contact you via phone or email to confirm your stay.

If we have not been able to confirm your reservation (after several phone calls and emails with no response from you), two-weeks prior to your arrival, Candlewood Cabins LLC reserves the right to cancel the reservation and proceed with re-renting the cabin. If guest contact information has changed, it is your responsibility to contact us to update your information.

Two-night minimum year round, three-night minimum on all major holidays.
 
Reservations may be held with a credit card and a non-refundable $50.00 deposit which is applied to the balance due at check-in.  We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards to pay the balance due at check-in.
 
CANCELLATION:

The $50.00 reservation deposit is non-refundable.Cancellations must be received 15 days or more prior to arrival date.

If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, Candlewood Cabins LLC will make a full effort to re-rent the cabin. If the cabin cannot be re-rented, the guest will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation.

In the unlikely event that you must shorten your stay or check out early once your reservation has begun, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. There are no refunds for early departure.

We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay.

Should you fail to cancel your reservation and not arrive at Candlewood Cabins LLC, you are responsible for the entire reserved stay.

We regret we are unable to offer refunds due to inclement weather or family/medical emergencies that alter reservations.

CHILDREN:
 

No children under 10 allowed in The Glass House, The Meadow House, or The Woodland House.
In the Log Cabin and Hillside Cabin, children are most welcome, however, cabins are not child proof. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children.
 
DOGS:

No pets allowed in The Glass House, The Meadow House, The Woodland House.

Dogs are welcome in The Hillside Cabin and The Log Cabin. There is a one time $20.00 per pet fee. No dogs on furniture or linens. A minimum $50.00 cleaning fee will be charged to guest account if dogs have been allowed on furniture or linens. It is preferred that no dogs are left unattended in cabins unless crated. No dogs left unattended in screened in porch. No dogs left tied out in yards unattended. Pets must not disturb other guests. Damages from pets are guest’s responsibility.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT:

Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Check-in after 8:00 p.m. must be pre-approved. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m., no late checkouts.

FIREWOOD:

Firewood is provided for a small fee. Please DO NOT transport any firewood onto the premises upon the recommendation of the Department of Natural Resources.

OCCUPANCY:

Occupancy and use of premises shall not disturb or offend surrounding residents. Candlewood Cabins LLC reserves the right to terminate this agreement and require the guest to vacate premises immediately without refund if occupancy is misrepresented or disturbance is reported. Guest warrants he/she is 25 years of age or older, and Candlewood Cabins LLC reserves the right to verify age at any time. Candlewood Cabins reserves the right to refuse occupancy without proper identification of the guest under the specified age.
